How do I cancel discovery+?

Things to know

• Your discovery+ subscription automatically renews until you cancel it.
• Deleting the discovery+ app does not cancel your subscription.
• Cancel your subscription a day before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

Cancellation steps vary depending on how you subscribed. Find who bills you for discovery+ and follow the cancellation steps.

Choose how you subscribed:

• discoveryplus.com
• Amazon Appstore
• Apple App Store
• Google Play (Android)
• Roku

discoveryplus.com

1. Sign in at discoveryplus.com.
2. Select your profile (upper right) and then Account.
3. In the Subscription section, select Cancel.
   If Cancel isn't available, your subscription is billed through an app store or with your TV package.

Once you cancel, you'll get an email confirming the cancellation. You can continue streaming until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

Amazon Appstore

1. Sign in to your Amazon account at amazon.co.uk/appstoresubscriptions.
2. In the Your Subscriptions section, find your discovery+ subscription and turn off auto-renewal.

You'll get an email from Amazon confirming your cancellation. You can continue streaming until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

Apple App Store

Phone or iPad

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
2. Select your name.
3. Select Subscriptions (if prompted, log in with your Apple ID).
4. Select your discovery+ subscription.
   Can't find it? Make sure you're logged in with the correct Apple ID. For help, go to Can't find my Apple subscription.
5. Select Cancel Subscription.

You'll get an email from Apple confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

Apple TV

1. On your Apple TV, open the Settings app.
2. In the Users & Accounts section, select your account.
3. Select Subscriptions and then find your discovery+ subscription.
4. Select Cancel.

You'll get an email from Apple confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

Google Play

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app.
2. At the top right, select your profile icon.
3. Select Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
4. Select discovery+ in your list of subscriptions, and then Cancel subscription.

You'll get an email from Google Play confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

Roku

1. On your Roku, press the Home button on your remote.
2. Use the directional pad on your remote to highlight discovery+.
3. Press the Star button (*) to open the Options menu.
4. Select Manage subscription and then Cancel subscription. If Manage subscription isn't available, try these same steps on each Roku you own.

Ready to restart your subscription?

If your subscription has expired, you can restart your subscription. Here's how:

1. Sign in at discoveryplus.com.
2. Select your profile icon (upper right), and then select Account.
3. In the Subscription section, select Reactivate.
