It is easy to cancel your subscription with us. Please note that you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Follow these steps:
- Log in with your email address and password
- Hover over the account icon in the upper right corner and click on 'Account' in the drop down menu.
- Under "Subscription" select "Cancel" to stop automatic renewal.
- You will receive an email confirming that auto renewal has stopped.
- You will have access to discovery+ throughout the period you paid for.
If you have purchased a subscription through iTunes, please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings> [your name]> iTunes and the App Store.
- Click your Apple ID at the top of the screen, and then tap View Apple ID.
- Scroll down and tap Subscriptions.
- Click the subscription you want to manage.
- Use the options to manage your subscription.
If you have purchased a subscription through Google Play, please follow these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Select 'subscriptions' in the main menu
- Select discovery+
- Select the "Cancel" option is at the bottom of that page.
If you have purchased a subscription through Amazon, please follow these steps:
- Go to www.amazon.co.uk/appstoresubscriptions
- Log in to your Amazon account if you are not logged in already.
- Under 'Your Subscriptions', use the options to cancel your subscription.
