In order to update your payment details, please follow the guide below. Be aware that this can not be done from within the app, but only through http://discoveryplus.com/gb
If we are not able to process your payment, a pop-up message will appear on our service asking you to update your payment method. Please follow the steps below to make sure your subscription remains active.
Log in to your account from our website
Hover over the account icon in the top right corner
Under “Payment” select “Update” to change your payment details
Select your preferred payment method
Enter required details and click save
From now on, you will be charged via this payment method.
If you purchased your subscription from an app store, you will need to contact them directly.
