There can be various reasons why you experience lag / buffering when trying to play a video. Make sure you are connected to the internet, and that the connection is stable and that you do not have too many programs open at the same time (including tabs in the browser). It may also help to restart your computer.
We recommend all our customers to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Always check that you have the latest browser update installed.
