Why am I seeing more ads on my Entertainment pass?
From 16th March 2022, we are launching our Ad-Lite product, which means our Entertainment Pass will be available at the lower price of £3.99 p.c.m or £39.99 p.a, and will see the introduction of a limited number of ads in on-demand content.
Through our Ad-Lite product, subscribers will see less than half the amount of ads viewers experience when watching live TV or via catch up.
With the launch of Ad-Lite, we will have two distinct products: both offering our premium unscripted shows at great value, but with the choice of limited ads or ad-free viewing on-demand.*
The Ad-Lite product will be available to all customers subscribed to discovery+ through Sky Q, Roku, Vodafone, Amazon Fire TV, Google and Apple from 16th March.
If you're an Amazon PVC customer, you will be able to access the price saving and the Ad-Lite product later in the year, we are working closely with Amazon Prime Video Channels on this and full details will follow soon.
