Troubleshoot internet connection issues
If you're experiencing internet connectivity issues, here are some things to try:
- Switch off the device you're using to access discovery+ and restart the Wi-Fi router (leave the router off for 1 minute).
- Make sure you're not using a VPN.
- Disable all ad-blockers.
- Connect your device to the ethernet cable or move closer to the router.
- If you're having the same issue with other apps and devices, contact your internet service provider.
