My transaction keeps failing. How can I reach out to discovery+ to resolve the issue?

When writing to us, please include the following details to help our team identify the problem:
- Email id or phone number associated with discovery+ account
- Receipt of purchase (for existing subscribers)
- Subscription end date (for existing subscribers)
- Payment method being used
- In the case of Debit / Credit Cards, please include the Bank name, Card name, and Network (e.g. VISA, MasterCard, etc.)
- Any error messages you may have encountered.
Note: Starting October 1, 2021, owing to RBI-mandated changes in banking regulations, customers might potentially face some issues with their payment for discovery+ subscriptions.
We’re working very closely with various payment ecosystem partners, who are in the process of implementing the mandated changes, to ensure a seamless and compliant payment process.
