How can I stop my subscription?
If you subscribed through our website:
- Log in with your avatar shown on the page
- Click "Account" and navigate to the "Plans" section
- Select "Cancel"
You will receive an email or SMS confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. You will contnue to have access to content available only through your subscription until the end of your current subscription period. No refund will be given and we won't bill you again.
If you subscribed through the iTunes App Store:
- Go to your phone's Settings
- Select your Apple ID
- Click "Subscriptions"
- Select "discovery+"
- Hit "Cancel Subscription"
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Select your Profile icon
- Select "Payments & Subscriptions"
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Select "discovery+"
- Hit Cancel
If you subscribed through Globe: please contact Globe to manage your subscription.
