If you have purchased a subscription or have been issued with a voucher by one of our third party partners, for example, Apple, Google or Globe, you will need to contact that third party partner regarding your purchase. The third party will generally be responsible for payment, billing and cancellation rights and you should refer to that third party for important information on billing and renewal.
