I am receiving an “invalid code” message. Why?
If you are a Globe customer:
If you are trying to activate your d+ offer as part of your Globe subscription package, you will need to first activate it on the Globe website and then register an account with discovery+.
You can choose to do so using your email address or your phone number.
To activate the offer with your phone number, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Globe activation portal and enter your phone number
- Enter the OTP code that has been sent to you on your phone
- Validate the code
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
Now you will need to register an account on d+. Please do so with the same phone number as the one used for Globe.
You will be sent another OTP code to that same phone number in order to complete the registration. And now you are all set up and can start watching our content!
If you already have an account with us because you have created one in the past, all you will need to do is click on “Sign in” at the top right and enter your credentials.
If you are a discovery+ customer:
You may be getting this message if you are trying to login without having an account on discovery+.
If so, please make sure that you have created an account first or if not that you create one. You can choose to register an account with us by either email or phone number.
If you choose to register with your phone number, you will get an OTP code to your phone to validate your account.
